The bandâ�™s stellar debut release, Luna, out now on R&M Artist Records and produced by James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Underoath, Dashboard Confessional), is seeing the first single entitled "By All Means" turn heads at Alternative Radio across the country. The song can also be heard these days at the movies as it is featured in a national CINEMASOUNDS campaign where it is being played in over 6,500 movie theaters. Building on their red-hot momentum, the video for "By All Means" is currently being seen on-line, at broadcast outlets in towns from coast to coast and at major retail and life-style shops in malls across the USA and has recently made its way onto TV. BY ALL MEANS just WON the FRESHMEN 5 on MTVU. A week prior MTV & Freedom Zone had a crew in Salt Lake City, Utah interviewing the boys for a show called ON THE RISE which will showcase the bands personalities, music, videos as well as serious topics like their involvement in various charities, suicide, the music industry from their point of view and how to survive as a band and family on the road through all the trials and tribulations that a band faces in this modern music world. An OC band by way of Hawaii, National Product consists of six guys( Danny/lead singer, Robby/drums, Stan/guitar, Nate/ bass-vocals and Jeff/guitar) from many different walks of life. The band originally started in Hawaii as best friends.

"We have a serious undying passion for music and the fans of music. We are not competitive with other bands because making music to us isnâ�™t a competition, itâ�™s an art form, itâ�™s our way of communicating, healing ourselves, and others and expressing who we are. We love all types of music and believe in writing songs straight from our guts and directly from the heart. Everything we do with this band is motivated by what is RIGHT in our heart versus what sounds right to others or what pays the bills. We are not motivated by fame or money. We are motivated by sing-a-longs, hugs, rad people, good times, and rocking you like a hurricane. Some of us are religious, and some of us are not. Some of us party really hard and some of us do not. Overview

With influences like The Goo Goo Dolls and Jimmy Eat World, John Allred has been spreading his acoustic based music from the East coast to the West coast for the last 10 years. Releasing 5 albums in the last 3 years and selling over 10,000 copies independently. All releases have effectively captured the acoustic based songwriting and heartfelt lyrics that have made many of his tunes crowd favorites at every show. John has shared the stage with several national acts and has been on regular rotation on national radio waves since 2006. Opinion

Iâ�™ve been following John Allred for the last three years and the music has always been so powerful and inspiring. Heâ�™s always supported his friends in the local scene and I can tell he enjoys every minute of it. The new CD is by far the best and I canâ�™t wait for more to come out in the near future! Everyone definately should give the music a chance.

February is Over

HEY BUZZNET!

hope eveyone is doing well! I sure am! I've just been busy with school and work lately

and getting pretty excited for Spring Break, which will be spent in California!

This year is going by fast so far, which is good because i'm keeping busy!

Made friends with some new bands, friends, and talented people these past 2 months.

When I do blogs sometimes I don't know what to write and go into rambling mode!

The Trademark

It only seemed right for The Trademark to be the first band of the week since I've been following their music throughout the last few years. The Trademark is a band with melodies like nothing you've ever heard before.

With so many rock bands trying to stay above water, it takes more than talent to not only keep from drowning, but also to get your music into enough ears to make a name for yourself.
Local rock band The Trademark, based in Pleasant Grove, has persisted since junior high, despite the odds against independent musicians. With time, the band's venues have upgraded from garages and pool parties to places where people actually pay to hear it.
With its first album, "This Island Earth," out 12/14/07, the group -- featuring Riley Hamnett, Drew Hamnett and Natty Coleman -- celebrated with a show the same day at Velour Live Music Gallery.
"Every song on our record sounds like it could've been produced by a different band," said Drew Hamnett, who covers bass and backup vocals for The Trademark. "Our music has transformed into something that's really broad, with everything from heavy breakdowns to melodic harmonies."
The band members took six months off to produce the album and now they work full-time, pouring most of their income into the group.
"As a band, we don't have a timeline of when we're going to be picked up by a big label, so we know we have to put in the time to get somewhere," said lead vocalist and guitarist Riley Hamnett. "I'm kind of an impatient person, so I have to look back and see how far we've come."
The group started when Riley got kicked out of a junior high garage band for being "too committed." With seriousness, he told his brother Drew, "We're starting a band."
For Christmas, Drew was surprised to receive a bass guitar, thanks to a few hints from Riley.
"I've never thought about not being in a band," Riley said. "It's just what we do."
In high school, the brothers ran into a snag when a drug company threatened to sue them if they didn't drop their band name Ritalin. After the scare, it only seemed fitting to rename themselves The Trademark.
"Around this time, we wanted to move seriously into full-time music," Drew said.
Since then, Coleman joined as the drummer in 2002, and the band's lyrics have morphed into songs about finding your own faith and questioning social norms.
"We're pretty clean cut for a rock band -- no piercings and no tattoos," Drew said. "We want people to listen to our stuff and realize that you don't have to fit a cookie-cutter idea of what a rocker should be to create good music." -Michelle Lizon - DAILY HERALD

My Life

This year has been incredible. I've met more amazing people and inspirational muscians than I have ever before. The new friends I have made this year are beyond amazing. 2007 went by so fast and now it's over. 2008 is now here and it's time to kick some ass. It's time for a new, fresh start in life and search for a new beggining. Stop impeding on your past and get a new future.

Resolutions are for bitches.

Why have one when you can have as many as you have ever wanted?

Why rewind when you can fast forward?

Memories of 2007

-The time I went to Mexico and saw the funniest cross walk sign, that actually walks and runs. We thought we were tripping bitch.

-Going to parties in mansions and watching the sun set and rise.

-I remember when I went to a park with some friends and we asked people the stupidest question just to see their reaction.(Boxers Or Briefs?)

-Asking others why there is always a flaw in relationships.

(I decided it's because of all our insecurities)

-I remember when I went with my friends to concerts just because it was the cool thing to do, now I actually listen to the music put in front of my face.

-I realized how music is something more than a peice of plastic with digital encryption on it.

-I finally learned to accept myself and if others don't like me for who I am they are missing out on how amazing I am.

-I realized that no matter what happens on the outside of my heart, I will be here and deep inside I'll always be the same person I once was.

The Past

The past is gone and the future is always near.

People act like if something bad happens you need to pause your life and keep beating yourself up about it, but I see it as something to hint a change is needed.

Why is it that people that don't know me hate me?

I know why. Because they are so insecure about themselves they need to write a biography about me, even though I don't know who the fuck they are and why the fuck they chose to write it about me.

Is it because they want to be me?

Or is it the fact that I make them jealous they aren't as cool as me?

Change

Change is coming and it's exciting to me.

Nobody is standing in the way of my future this year.

You either like me or don't like me.

If you don't like me then move the fuck out of the way.

I'm called an asshole because I don't let people talk shit or walk all over me.

Future

Within the next few years I will be searching for a new place to start and a meaningful will. I take what I mean seriously and the words I type and speak are what I believe and what I believe is the truth. You can believe your own truth and nothing is stopping you from it.

I have finally came to realize in a long period of time, life isn't about making others impressed. Life is more about accomplishing who you want to be and not what others want you to be. This is the truth and the only way to be happy. Throughout my life I've been trying to find the things that make me strive for a future of success. I've now been living day by day instead of thinking about the futuristic events that will try to block me into a cave cold and empty. Something so significant about life is you can almost always start over. It takes time to make your lifestyle the way you want it, but it's worth the scratching and tearing apart yourself to get to it.

For the people who "HATE" me: I'm Jordan FUCKING Mosh.

I don't care what you think about me.

I could give a shit less if you think I should change.

There is no such thing as an "individualist".

Don't just talk shit behind my back and pretend like you're a immature "individual", trying to tear someone else apart because of your past experiences.

For the people who "LIKE" me: You are the reason why I am who I am and how I have come so far in my life at this point. You are the ones who help me strive for a success and a more importance in life. Be yourself, don't change for anyone except you. "The key to life will set you free".
